Technical Note for makers:

It is possible to apply your image to soft stage sheet or tile of paperclay, or even bone dry stage.

Then carve and fettle details down in and around the image as see above

Or, even build up fresh soft contour up in low relief as seen below.

Or take it further and embed sculpted or cast parts into the image.

Works with photo screen transfers and sculptural paperclay by Rosette circa 1996. Integration of sculpture/bas relief over top of screen print to create hybrid effect with thick thin paperclay and ceramic screen printing.
